The Flamingo Noir VSR/GBB bucking from SniperMechanic features a unique design which offers great shot to shot consistency and a very flat flight path.
This bucking will fit any rifles/pistols with a VSR/GBB style inner barrel. Developed due to popular demand, it uses the same tried and tested design of the Flamingo but uses NBR instead of silicone.
While they sacrifice consistent performance in extreme temperatures, NBR buckings are incredibly durable and provide a very good air seal making them suitable for high ROF and high power builds.
Hardness
- 60A - suitable for 2.5j builds
- 70A - GBB rifles and high power builds

- TNT Barrels Unbridged - Suitable

- PDI (Genuine ones) Unbridged - Suitable, but very tight and needs an omega nub due to tiny window
- PDI Clone style barrels - Untested
- EdGi Unbridged- varies, some hop windows were suitable during testing, others were not as the window was shallow/to short
- Lambda Unbridged - Suitable
- Other Unbridged Stock Barrels - most stock barrels won't fit due to the narrow width of windows, especially on WE/TM
NOTE
Due to the durability/toughness of the material these buckings do have a bedding in period which can be 100-150 rounds, this is to allow the material to conform and fit to the chamber and nub being used.
Install tips:
- For best results use on a barrel with a large window
- Use a suitable concave nub in rifles, such as T-nub, Omega Nub, Bridge nub, H nub, gunsmithy TDC
- For pistols, the standard V shape arm gives great accuracy, but for the best range use a Hadron H Plate or Maple Leaf Key
- Seal the rear of the bucking with PTFE
- Lubricate the outside of the bucking when installing into tight chambers as the material is very grippy
