The Perun MOSFET is the smallest MOSFET device on the market. A specialized, ultra-low resistance transistor channels power from the battery directly to the motor, while the mechanical contacts only have to handle small currents to turn the MOSFET on and off. This greatly extends their service life and lowers overall resistance resulting in a more dependable replica with a higher rate of fire.
