These terms, conditions and notices (the ‘Terms’) apply to the use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you are agreeing to all of the Terms, which may be updated without warning. The date of the last change to these Terms is at the bottom of the page.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

This Website also contains links to third party websites, which are not operated by Us (the "Linked Sites"). We have no control over the Linked Sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites may be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

3. Terms of Sale

3.1 Sale of Physical Products

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Us you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you, and we reserve the right to close your account at our sole discretion. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Please be aware that none of the goods sold through our Website are suitable for children under 18 years of age. We are not responsible for any consequences which may arise as a result of misuse of our products.

3.1.1 Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

3.1.2 Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

3.1.3 Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to purchases made through this Website.

The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

These Terms relate to all promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

a) Only one promotion code can be used per order. A promotional code can't be used after an order has been placed.

b) If the promotional code has expired, it cannot be used. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

c) If you’ve been given a promotional discount code, then it can only be used by you on your own account for the purpose for which it was issued.

d) You shouldn’t pass your promotional code around your friends, or post it in a forum – you should keep it confidential and only use it for your own purchases through the Website.

e) Look after your promotional code, we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement and abuse of the code if it inadvertently gets lost and used by someone else will result in its cancellation.

f) Brand or product category exclusions may apply. We will let you know if the promotional code can’t be used against certain brands or product categories in your basket before you complete your purchase.

3.1.4 Gift Certificates

a) Once a Gift Certificate has been locked to an individual’s account it becomes their property.

b) After a Gift Certificate has been locked to an individual’s account, we reserve the right to refuse to discuss the gift voucher further with the individual who initially purchased it.

c) Gift Certificates are valid for 24 months.

3.2 Sale of Event Tickets

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event at any time.

You will be given a full refund in the event of a cancellation or if you are unable to attend a rescheduled event.

Site and safety

You must be 18 years of age or over to attend any events organised by us. Any players under the age of 18 will be refused entry.

Equipment restrictions vary from site to site. Full details are provided on the page for each event as well the Terms and Conditions which are displayed when purchasing tickets.

Waiver

By booking you confirm that you understand and acknowledge the following:

There are risks and dangers in the use of airsoft equipment and participation in airsoft games.

Participation in airsoft games and/or use of airsoft equipment may result in injury or illness including but limited to serious bodily injury, sickness and disease, permanent disability, paralysis and loss of life, loss of or damage to equipment/property.

By booking you confirm and agree to the following:

You will not be under the influence of alcohol or any illicit or prescription drugs which may impair your ability to to safely participate.

Participants are of varying skill levels and situations may occur beyond the control of the organisers.

Risks may be caused in whole or in part by your own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the Activities, or the acts, inactions, or negligence of the organisers.

You will comply with all event rules and use equipment as directed so as not to injure or harm others and obey all directions from event staff.

You are fully aware of the risks to yourself and others involved in participating in events organised Us.

You are physically and mentally able to take the strain and exertion of participating.

You will wear eye protection and not remove them while in the playing area and may only remove them in areas where advised by event staff. It is your responsibility if you choose not to wear recommended eye protection in the form of a fully sealed face mask of a suitable industry standard. If you do not have suitable eye protection, you will not be able to take part.

You release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever without limitations that you might have against the organisers and the owners of the property on which the game is being played.

3.3 Technical Services

These terms apply to all work undertaken to repair, maintain or upgrade any airsoft equipment.

Estimate

All costs of labour communicated prior to physical inspection of the equipment and parts concerned are estimates only and is no guarantee of the final cost of a job.

The more precise and accurate information provided the more accurate an estimate will be.

Inspection and Invoicing

After your equipment has been inspected you will be provided with the final quote with a breakdown for parts and labour.

You will be informed if any parts requested are not in stock and be given an approximate leadtime.

Invoices are issued after work is complete and must be paid in full prior to collection or dispatch.

Shipping

You are responsible for any delivery costs to and from the technician. We recommend that any equipment which is sent is packaged appropriately and securely. Appropriate packaging is rigid and padded, equipment sent in soft cases is highly likely to be damaged in transit.

Insurance for the full cost of all equipment is recommended.

Arrangements can be made for in-person collection in the Central and South East London areas. Contact your technician for further information.

Cancellation

You may cancel a job and request return of your equipment up to the point of inspection. After work has commenced you are liable for all costs of work carried out.

Warranty

Airsoft products and parts vary greatly in quality however, we offer a 6 month warranty on technical work unless otherwise stated.
